Britney Spears made her stage performance comeback on May 1st at the House of Blues. According to sources, Britney performed for a very short time and was also possibly lip synching for her popular songs.

It is a known fact, Britney has shaved off her hair and gone bald more than a month, she has no hair and so she glued some wig to her head. The wig on her head is clearly understood in her performance video clip as she is moving her head cautiously and slightly slower than her backup dancers.
